A simple, healthy and delicious snack for the whole family
- 1 cup NatureSweet® SunBursts® tomatoes, set aside
- 1 16-oz. container cottage cheese
- 1 bunch scallions, trimmed, washed and chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, scallions, dill and black pepper.
- Scoop and serve with NatureSweet® SunBursts® tomatoes.
