For 13 years, Juan Carlos Nuñez has walked high above the plants on his stilts, caring for each one so it grows strong and ready for harvest. NatureSweet is more than a workplace for him, because it is where he met his wife and built a beautiful family with their two children. His work requires skill, balance, and patience, and he proudly trains others so they too can grow and improve. Even those afraid of heights eventually find confidence under his guidance, learning to see the world from a more peaceful and elevated view. Juan Carlos loves what he does, and each day he brings heart, knowledge, and commitment to the work that feeds so many.
