Maria De Jesus “Marichuy” Cardenas has spent 10 years growing at NatureSweet, learning every day and eventually becoming a leader thanks to the company’s support. She earned her degree in Agricultural Engineering while working, a milestone that strengthened her both personally and professionally. Working closely with associates is what she enjoys most, because each day brings new lessons and shared knowledge that enrich her life. With one son and three daughters, Marichuy is proud to give her children a better quality of life and access to education. She continues to lead with gratitude and purpose, inspired by the mission that has helped transform her own family’s future.
