For 14 years, Veronica Austria has led with care and expertise as an IPDM Leader, protecting the greenhouses by identifying pests and diseases with her team. She is proud that her daughter also works at NatureSweet, making their connection to the company a family legacy. With the stability she has gained, Veronica has been able to support her mother and provide her with a home in Tijuana.
