He is proud to work in a company that values social responsibility and invests in the education of its associates and their families. As the only member of his family to graduate, he works hard to honor that achievement by supporting his parents and giving back to those who raised him. Jose believes that discipline, consistency, and commitment can open doors that talent alone cannot. Most of all, he feels proud knowing his parents are proud too, a feeling that motivates him every day.
