Since childhood, Luis Alberto Aguilar Benavides dreamed of working in a large and meaningful company, and for 13 years, NatureSweet has been that dream come to life. As Payroll Manager, he takes great responsibility in ensuring each associate receives what they have earned with dignity. Luis is inspired by the humility and passion of the employees he serves, people who genuinely love what they do. He strongly believes in the mission to transform the lives of agricultural workers and feels proud to contribute to that purpose each day. Helping others through his work is deeply gratifying, and he is committed to continuing to grow and make a difference.
