For 17 years, Magaly Alfaro Avalos has dedicated her hands and heart to the harvest, finding joy in the daily routine and choosing to see her work with a positive purpose. Knowing that the tomatoes she picks reach families who appreciate them fills her with pride and love for what she does. Her three children inspire her every day, and NatureSweet has helped her provide stability and opportunity for them. She is now studying to become an Agronomy Engineer, a dream she pursues with gratitude for the trust and support she receives from her team. Magaly feels she has grown tremendously during her time at NatureSweet, both personally and professionally, and she continues to reach for more.
