Armando has been with NatureSweet for over 25 years. He started off cutting tomatoes, later was a tractor driver and now is a backhoe operator. Armando has 2 brothers that also work for NatureSweet including one that has also been with the company more than 25 years. NatureSweet provides incentives to encourage his daughter to complete high school and motivate her with her studies. His daughter is his motivation to continue striving for more!
