Guadalupe has been with NatureSweet for more than 12 years. He started as a bricklayer’s assistant, then harvester, prompter, plasterer and now coordinator in the plastics area for Maintenance. Guadalupe notes that he appreciates all the work NatureSweet does for his community, from adopting schools to free counseling and support via Sweet Family. He is also grateful for the security that NatureSweet provides for all the Associates so they have a safe place to work each and every day.
