Meet Alfredo, for more than 11 years, he’s worked at NatureSweet as a TPS Coordinator. He is in charge of coordinating the work in the greenhouse in our Manufacturing area. By taking advantage of the NatureSweet Associate programs, he managed to finish his high school degree. “This was a great personal achievement for me, sometimes I never thought I could finish it but I did,” Alfredo notes.
