Skip the Fridge
Tomatoes keep best when stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. They’ll store between five days to two weeks but are always best when eaten quickly.
Raised Right
We plant our tomatoes in coconut husks because it is a much more sterile growing method than dirt. The water we use for irrigation comes from our own wells deep underground that are regularly monitored for purity.
