Simple and bursting with flavor, just how we like it! This delicious Penne recipe is cooked in chicken broth and uses just a few tasty ingredients to create a family-friendly recipe that everyone at the table will love.

Ingredients:
20-minute Creamy Penne
1 Box Barilla® Penne pasta
1 cup NatureSweet® Cherubs® tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt & pepper to taste
Big handful of spinach
Instructions:
20-minute Creamy Penne
Boil a pot of water, add salt & cook Barilla® Penne pasta until al dente (about 8 minutes)
While pasta is cooking, in a skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil; add garlic and sauté for one minute
Add drained Barilla® Penne pasta, then add chicken broth and bring to a simmer; cook until the pasta is almost done & broth is mostly absorbed
Stir in butter & heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese
Stir in spinach and let cook for a few minutes until wilted, then add NatureSweet® Cherubs® tomatoes
Give one final stir to ensure everything is incorporated and coated; season to taste with salt & fresh black pepper and top with freshly grated Parmesan, serve, and enjoy.
