Baked Brie with Tomato and Walnuts
Serve baked brie with Cherubs and Diamond of California Pink Himalayan Walnuts with garlic bread on the side and pair with a glass of red wine.
This recipe contains:
1 Brie cheese
1 head garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 cup Cherubs
1/2 cup Diamond Pink Himalayan Salt Walnuts
fresh basil, for garnish
Using a sharp knife, remove top rind of the wheel of Brie cheese, place on a baking sheet, and set aside.
Mound Cherubs® atop Brie cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with parsley, oregano, basil, and Himalayan salt walnuts. Place garlic head on the same baking sheet. Drizzle garlic head with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20 min at 360 °F.
Place garlic head in a bowl. Using a fork, mash garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Spread baguette slices with garlic mixture and bake for 10 minutes at 340°F or until lightly golden brown.
