Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers

These cream cheese-stuffed mini sweet peppers are sweet, creamy, and have the perfect kick!

1 package NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup goat cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 cup Glorys®
1/4 cup bacon
1 tablespoon garlic
1/4 cup Jalapeños
2 tablespoons pecans
1/4 cup scallions
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 430 °F.
Cut NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers in half lengthwise. Remove membranes and seeds. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, heavy cream, Glorys®, cooked bacon, garlic, jalapeño pepper, pecan, scallions, salt, pepper, and a dash of olive oil. Using a wooden spoon, mix thoroughly until cheese mixture is smooth and creamy.
Using a wooden spoon, stuff NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers halves and top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Broil for 15 minutes or until Parmesan cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
