Ingredients:
1 10-oz. container NatureSweet® Constellation™ tomatoes, quartered
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup cilantro, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple, diced
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Allow to sit for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, and garnish with a lime.
