Fettuccini alla vodka

1/4 cup olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1 package D'vines
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp chili flakes
1/4 cup tomato paste
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup vodka
3 cups fettuccini pasta
1/2 cup parmesan cheese


In a skillet over low heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic cloves and cook for 10 minutes. Add D’vines® and cook for 10 more minutes. Set aside.
In another skillet, spoon in 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic cloves and cook for 2 more minutes. Add chile flakes and tomato paste, and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and cook for 3 minutes. Pour in vodka and cook for more 5 minutes.
Add Fettuccini pasta, Parmesan cheese, D’vines®, and garlic confit.
