2 pieces pita bread
Favorite spread, such as hummus, mayonnaise, cream cheese
4 leaves favorite lettuce
Sliced avocado, optional
Selection of favorite crunchy vegetables such as carrots, celery, cucumber, or radish
Favorite sprouts
Instructions:
Cut the pita bread in half, open up the pocket, and coat the insides with some of your favorite spread.
Stuff with the tomatoes and a variety of the rest of the veggies.
