  • 1 10-oz. container NatureSweet Glorys® or Comets™ tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 pieces pita bread
  • Favorite spread, such as hummus, mayonnaise, cream cheese
  • 4 leaves favorite lettuce
  • Sliced avocado, optional
  • Selection of favorite crunchy vegetables such as carrots, celery, cucumber, or radish
  • Favorite sprouts


  1. Cut the pita bread in half, open up the pocket, and coat the insides with some of your favorite spread.
  2. Stuff with the tomatoes and a variety of the rest of the veggies.
