Spice up your salsa game with this Hatch Green Chile Pico de Gallo. It’s a fresh take on the classic, mixing in the bold taste of roasted peppers. Perfect for any get together, and you can make it mild or hot to suit your taste.

Hatch Chile Pico
10 oz NatureSweet Glorys®
¾ cup Young Guns Hatch Valley Chiles
3/4 cup finely chopped white onion
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (about 1 bunch)


In a medium serving bowl, combine the chopped onion, diced hatch chiles, lime juice and salt. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes while you chop the NatureSweet Glorys® and cilantro.
Next, add the chopped tomatoes and cilantro to the bowl and stir to combine. Taste, and add more salt if needed.
You can store this Hatch Green Chile Pico de Gallo in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
