Roasted Chicken

Roast chicken is a classic dish that never gets old. Besides being delicious, it’s also versatile and can be paired with salad, pasta, and more. Learn how to make the perfect roast chicken with this recipe!

1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic poweder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 chicken breasts (with skin)
2 cups Glorys
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup serrano pepper
2 tbsp cilantro, plus for garnish
2 tbsp lime juice


Mix butter, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Set aside.
Transfer the chicken to a tray. Glaze with the butter and bake at 356 °F for 30 minutes. Bathe with the butter to avoid the chicken from getting dry.
Mix Glorys®, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a tray and bake at 356 °F for 10 minutes.
Remove the Glorys® from the oven, and once they’re at room temperature, mix with onion, serrano pepper, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Set aside.
Serve the roasted chicken, add the pico de gallo and pair with an orzo salad.
