Taco Board

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with this showstopper taco board! Featuring a skirt steak and chicken combo, crowned with pico de gallo and guacamole. These tacos are the perfect crowd pleaser!

2 cups Glorys
2 cups white oninon
4 tablespoons cilantro
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper
1 lb. skirt steak
1 lb. chicken
1 Jalapeño pepper
2 avocados
corn tortillas


For the pico de gallo: Cut Glorys® into halves and set aside.
In a bowl, combine Glorys®, onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Set pico de gallo aside.
In a grill, grill skirt steak and chicken for 10 minutes or until cooked through. On a chopping board, cut skirt steak and set aside.
On a serving board, place a tortilla and top with skirt steak. Add pico de gallo, guacamole, lime, cilantro, and sour cream.
