Ingredients:
1/2 cup Constellation®
1/2 cup NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers
1/2 cup NatureSweet® Baby Cucumbers
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese
1 cup goat cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup turkey bacon
2 serrano peppers
2 tablespoons heavy creams
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cheese mixture. Using a spatula, mix thoroughly until cheese mixture is smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Lay out plastic wrap on a flat surface and place cheese mixture in the center. Wrap cheese mixture up and shape into a cone using your hands. Once shaped, refrigerate for 10 more minutes.
Remove from fridge. Remove plastic wrap and coat with parsley (except the bottom). Garnish with sliced almonds creating a spiral and filling in gaps with Constellation®, NatureSweet® Baby Cucumbers sticks, and NatureSweet® Mini Sweet Peppers sticks and star.
Serve on a platter with saltine crackers on the side.
