For eight years, German Guerra has kept NatureSweet running by helping repair and maintain the machinery that keeps the harvest moving. He began with little experience, learning step by step from his teammates, and he is grateful for how much he has grown. German feels proud to support his family of six children, especially knowing that his work helps provide them with education and stability. He shares that NatureSweet has transformed his life, giving him the opportunity to build a home he once only dreamed of. Being chosen for recognition fills him with happiness, and he carries that pride into every day of work.
