Ponciano is an Associate with Native Mexican indigenous roots. When he came to work here at NatureSweet, he spoke only Nahuatl, a language unique to his community. Since he began working here, he was able to learn Spanish in one of the many educational programs we offer, and even more exciting, he was also able to provide an education for his children. Ponciano is over-the-moon that his eldest daughter has already finished her degree! Ponciano is a proud, happy and hardworking father.

Your tasty tomatoes are always on my weekly HEB list. I have them every day all summer and enjoy all of them. When I eat these I remember all the good times I had living on a farm with my family as a child, working together and enjoying the rewards of all that hard work. The tomato patch was always my favorite because I could smell them before I even picked them. All I needed was a salt shaker and I enjoyed them when they were first picked, nice and warm.
