Greenhouse Caprese Salad
A fresh twist on the classic, this salad combines baby green leaf lettuce, whole Cherub tomatoes, torn ciliegine mozzarella, and basil, all lightly dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients:
4 ounces Little Leaf Farms Baby Crispy Green Leaf
5 ounces Naturesweet Cherub tomatoes, left whole
4 ounces fresh ciliegine mozzarella (“cherry size”), torn
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
a small handful of fresh basil leaves, torn
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the Baby Crispy Green Leaf, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic on top. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and garnish with the torn basil.Enjoy!
