  • 1 medium avocado; sliced and divided
  • 2 large eggs; poached
  • 3 tbs. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Butter or ghee
  • 2 vines of NatureSweet® D’VINES® tomatoes
  • 1 bread of your choice; English muffin, bagel half, paleo muffin, or slice of French bread
  • Chopped crispy bacon on top


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place NatureSweet® D’VINES® tomatoes on metal pan lined with foil. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Spread butter or ghee on bread of choice; toast in broiler till just golden.
  4. Top bread with 1/2 sliced avocado and 1 poached egg.
  5. Place small vine of roasted NatureSweet® D’VINES® tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with chopped crispy bacon.
  6. Enjoy!
