Whipped Feta Dip with Cherubs and Baked Olives

Ingredients:
Whipped Feta
4 oz. feta cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Toppings
1/3 cup green olives
1/3 cup kalamata olives
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Cherubs
1 tsp sumac (optional)
zest of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
In an oven-safe dish, toss olives in olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
Combine feta and greek yogurt in a food processor. Process until well combined.
Stream olive oil, salt into the food processor and continue to process until the mixture is creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl, top with baked olives, Cherubs, lemon zest and sumac (if using).
