Barilla Summer Pasta Salad with NatureSweet Cherubs

Ingredients:

3 cups water
salt and pepper
1 package Barilla Rotini
3/4 cup corn
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup orange bell pepper
1/2 cup cucumber
3/4 cup chickpeas
1 cup Cherubs®
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook Barilla Rotini for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.  
In a bowl, combine yellow corn, peas, orange bell pepper, cucumber, chickpeas, Cherubs® and cooked pasta. Season with salt and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
For the dressing: In a bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, sugar, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper, and whisk well.
Serve spring pasta salad drizzled with dressing alongside pan-seared chicken and clementines in a bento box.
