Butter-Basted Ribeye Steak
Featuring rosemary and garlic butter, these butter-basted rib eye steaks are perfect for both a weekly meal and a very special dinner. You’ll love it!

4 ribeye steaks
coarse salt
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup olive oil
30 garlic cloves
1/4 cup rosemary
6 green onions
1 package D'Vines
arugula, for garnish
rosemary, for garnish
baguette, for serving
Instructions:
Place rib eye steaks on a chopping board and season with plenty of coarse salt on both sides. Cover seasoned rib eye steaks with paper towels and refrigerate for 1 hour. This method will remove excess moisture.
Remove paper towels and transfer seasoned rib eye steaks to a baking dish. Pour in butter and olive oil. Add garlic cloves, rosemary, green onions, D’vines®, and bake for 1 hour at 338 °F.
In a grill over high heat, grill rib eye steaks for 2 minutes per side. Let sit for 5 minutes and slice.
Serve butter-basted rib eye steaks over an arugula bed with green onions and D’vines® on the side and pair with a glass of red wine.
