Tips & Tricks
Look for the Food ID QR code underneath your packaging to trace your tomatoes right back to the greenhouse that grew and nurtured them.
Rinse in Pack
Give your tomatoes a quick rinse before slicing or eating. Many of our packages have small holes to act as a built-in colander for easy rinses in cool running water.
Our 10oz & 16.5oz packages are recyclable. Please recycle our packaging to give it a second (or third) life. All of our snacking tomato packages are sustainably made of 100% recycled Polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
Did you know, tomatoes are botanically a fruit. However, the Supreme ruled that the versatile tomato is a vegetable for tax purposes due to its importance in everyday meals, and it’s stayed that way since 1893!
Skip the Fridge
Tomatoes keep best when stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. They’ll store between five days to two weeks but are always best when eaten quickly.
